Your robot matchday buddy. It sits with you, watches the football on your telly and reacts like a proper fan - muttering at the commentary, leaning in for corners, GOOOAAALLL when you score, head-sinking despair when the other lot do.
It'll take a bet off you at kick-off (for a cuppa, never money) and give you its firmly biased verdict at the whistle. Say its name and it answers. Flip a switch and it supports them.
The robot's mic streams to gpt-realtime, which listens
to the commentary and the crowd like you do - and reacts to it in its
own words: “Go on, Foden, run that all day.” Underneath, a
local crowd-roar reflex gasps within a second of the noise going up.
Its camera reads the score graphic off your telly. The moment the crowd goes up it looks straight away, and a scoreboard ticking over is a confirmed goal - so a muted TV still gets its celebration.
A full GOOOAL needs a confirmed goal - and the eyes and the ears have to agree on who. If the picture says one thing and the commentary says another, it holds fire. Loud adverts get a raised antenna at most, never the wrong dance.
Tell it who you support, choose 🍵 Calm, ⚽ Classic or 📣 Terrace (all family-friendly), pick its voice - or just tell it: “Reachy, we're playing Spurs.” “Reachy, calm down.”
“Reachy, was that offside?” gets an answer - brief, biased, about your match. Everything else in the room gets nothing: it only speaks up when it's spoken to.
“Reachy, I bet you a cuppa it's 2-1.” It takes it, makes its own at kick-off, and settles up at full-time - grudgingly if you won, insufferably if it did. Tea and washing-up only, never money.
One toggle and it supports them today - celebrates their goals, needles you when you concede - as a mate who backs the other lot, never a troll. Flip it live at half-time.
Every reaction is a move from Pollen's recorded emotions library, matched to the mood - the lean-in, the gasp, the dance, the droop - with the head following the play in between.
Writes down what happened at full-time and remembers it next time you play that lot: "Remember the last time we took on France? A cheeky 1-0 win and a lovely day out." Every old injustice is fair game in the verdict.
Important: ears, eyes, brain and voice all run on your own OpenAI key, and using it will incur costs on your account - the app doesn't run without one. Nothing is sent while the telly isn't showing the match.
